Kilishi is a Nigerian type of Beef Jerky that originated in Hausaland. This Beef Jerky is made with Halal beef and produced in small batches to ensure freshness. It is a dried form of suya, made from deboned cow, sheep, or goat meat. Kilishi can be kept for months without much change to its taste.
